My honest recommendation is to pursue the CNA if you really have a need
for it. The feeling that I get in the current market is that the CNA
certification isn't as hot as it once was.

Go to "http://www.microsoft.com/mcp";, Microsoft's website on their various
certification programs. The only thing you need to do for certification
is pass tests. As far as preparing for those tests goes, I would
recommend that you do more than just read some books or take some classes.
It really helps if you actually work with the product that you're taking
the test on.

As far as an MCSE certification goes, I would look at what you want it
for. Once Win2k is out, Microsoft will be doing a complete reorganization
of their MCSE program.
