[PLUG] Caching nameserver HOWTO?


Is there such a beast?  I'm getting tired of waiting for DNS lookups.  I
found the Chroot-BIND HOWTO on the LDP site; there's also the DNS HOWTO,
which tells you 'How to become a totally "small time" DNS admin.'
Anybody have any favorite resources?  Oh, and I assume that in
resolv.conf you'd put 'nameserver localhost' or similar...
