Yes. At least, for the pppoe. I'm *told*, altho have not confirmed, that
static IP is available upon request.
And I was planning on calling them on Monday, to switch ISPs. Probably still
will, to get better service. They would try to entice me to stay, by saving
me $120 a year, right before I left. :-)
