Intel just had to recall their 1.13GHz P-IIIs - they wouldn't work right. Check some of the tech news websites, or Tom's Hardware website for details. You might not be able to get a 1GHz from Intel. Also, don't they recommend their newest 810 chipset, if you do go with their 1GHz chips?
