I have Sprint PCS with the wireless Web. I have a connector that attaches to my phone and to the port in the back of my computer and I can access the Internet from wherever that way. A little pricey (being online eats up my minutes), but useful when you need it. There's also a little mini-browser in my phone (a Motorola). Drawback is that you use a little Sprint application to dial the phone that runs only on Windows-- one of ther reasons that my Linux laptop is dual-boot!
