Tried a 'chown turgon /Storage' ?

It may be the kernel vfat handler that's preventing you from doing what
you want.  There might be a /proc interface file that you can send options
to, but I doubt it.  If the above doesn't work, you might have to hack the
kernel source to get what you want to work.
