thanks for the update on dependency checks in debian's and redhat's
package management system. i don't think the file pkspxycwrap even
exists in this universe. so i don't think a dependency can exist,
especially because it would be within the pgp package. this is either
a type, as gabe suggested, or it's something beyond me. i will file a
bug report, however.
