It sounds like you want a gui so you dont need to type html. In addition
to star office, try bluefish. Its pretty full featured. Closest comparison
I can make is homesite. Its not bad. BUt I havent used it extensively.
Look on freshmeat. There's other apps you can use. Use what you like. You
could probably even run your favorite win32 html program in wine....
