/etc/rc.boot/

or

/etc/init.d/scriptname and update-rc.d  (see the man pages)

or if this is a ppp dialup, you can add it to /etc/ppp/ip-up.d/

Maybe someone has some better suggestions, but I put my ppp/ipmasq/gateway
firewall in /etc/ppp/ip-up.d/ and flush it with /etc/ppp/ip-down.d/
