It does.  In fact, you get free dialup while you're waiting for your
DSL.  I think you get N minutes per month free after your DSL is
installed, or something like that.  More information's available on
their web site; I don't know how much they charge for unlimited dialup
after your line's in place.

They outsource their dialup through Megapop, so you can get a list of
phone numbers (to see if you'll be covered in a given city) by visiting
http://www.megapop.com/.
