[PLUG] Internet Time Sync

Thanks again to all who gave me suggestions on this.
Recently, a friend recommended a program called chrony (available at
http://www.rrbcurnow.freeuk.com/chrony/). This program is supposed to
handle computers with dial up and other non-constant connections to the
internet.
Installed without problems. Hope it works.
