They may not be technically related, but they are in a business sense. Quotes
from AMD's site:

* Innovative AMD processors are the keys to unlocking fantastic Windows XP
computing experiences.
Then there's Office XP. The name suggests seamless integration and stability if
installed on Windows XP. It's all in the marketing.
