It's extremely unlikely that DCANet would delegate reverse DNS to
your server.

If they're like Speakeasy, though, they'll gladly add a reverse
mapping as whatever you want for free if you're already handling
forward lookups.

It's still kind of hard to make a case in situations like home ISPs
for splitting over boundaries finger than /24. I think you'll
probably have hard-going if you try to convince them to change a
policy on this. (I could be mistaken, though.)
