I understand that this is kind of firm specific at times but Im looking for info or a template even, to flesh out some standard operating procedures for my company. We're effectively a web shop but right now we do things like roll out code into production in the middle of the day and make modifications strait to our production databases. This practice is due to our PHB. Needless to say my group want's to curb him away from such foolishness. Im in the process of drawing up some SOP's to use as guidelines for the firm in the case of coding practices, production rollouts, good database design, naming conventions, etc... Anyone know where I can get started or point me in the right direction? I know what we want to say but Im not sure how to organize our thoughts. Any help would be immensely appreciated. Thanks in advance!! - JP ===== JP Toto ViceClown@yahoo.com __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Send FREE video emails in Yahoo!
