If you have Acrobat (full product for windows or mac), I've found out that 
a great way to  print or save these sites is to open them in Acrobat, then 
save them.  Acrobat preserves all the pages and links in a single file 
which you can then copy to your Linux machine and use as a local help 
file.  (I wish Adobe would reintroduce their unix version of the full 
product.  They seem to have abandoned it with version 3.  Even though 
ghostscript and ps2pdf can be used to mimic the features of the PDFWriter, 
I wish someone could write something to mimic all of the extra features of 
the Distiller and the editor.)
