Well, I can tell you that their proxy snoop does add some headers
that make it relatively easy to pick up on.  Now, I'm not saying
that they can't just easily turn the headers off and therefore
fool everyone into thinking they're not snooping or that they
couldn't just install a traffic sniffer, but for now it does appear 
that they actually have stopped snooping (in my area at least).
