[PLUG] DSL

I was talking to a sales rep at Cavalier (www.cavtel.com) who says they can 
provide a static IP with residential DSL service for an extra $5 a month.

Has anyone dealt with them? Was the rep confused or on the money?

They're competitive with Verizon (of course they resell Verizon's wires) 
pricewise, but if the service and the static ip are there I'll gladly drop 
Verizon DSL and PPOE in the trash where they belong.
