Never heard of them.

But Speakeasy gives (or used to, anyhow) 3 static IPs with their
"sysadmin" residential package, and DCANet gives 5, last I heard.

Speakeasy is about $10 pricier, DCANet about the same as Verizon, if
memory serves.

(I subscribe to Speakeasy, but largely so I can stay with the same
ISP when I move to a different part of the country. DCANet is local
to the Philly area/Delaware Valley.)
