As one of the people with employment problems I think the job postings are 
helpful, although I don't object to a secondary list being set for them.

Also a lot of people on the list DO have Windows skills. Now why do you 
post on a Linux list for Windows people? You're either looking for smart 
Windows support people who understand the workings of computers or you 
actually want your Windows support people to have useable Nix skills. Of 
course in the world of recruiters being a moron can never be excluded from 
consideration.
