I've used TWIG and TWIGGI. I liked them both - with a slight edge to TWIGGI for it's improvements and visual appeal. There were a few glitches getting set up but no major hassles. I've been so close to home for the last 6 months that I've not had to use the web based email so I cannot speak to their latest releases.
