[PLUG] kde3 for debian

Here is the url telling you how you can get yours.

Seems like one of the main troubles they are having w/ kde3 is getting
people a _smooth_ upgrade from kde2 to kde3 on a working system w/o
breaking anything and w/o rebooting.

I like debian, but rh has more vendor support so we use it at work, and rh
usually treats me just fine.

If someone can show me how to move from 6.2 to 7.3 on rh
w/o rebooting and w/o breaking anything: ftpd, httpd, etc, please tell me.
I have a computer at work that won't boot into rh 7.2.

Also, if someone knows where to get quota-tools 3.0 rpm for rh6.2 that
would help, too (though not as much).
