Just a note to update you all on the comcast/router issue. This is not at my location but at a friends in Chalfont, PA - Comcast-old Suburban area. It appears that the route that was in place had an older firmware version and updating the the latest, 1.42.7 I believe, did not seem to take. I have tried it multiple times and it says it is successful but when you look at the version it is still the old one. I replaced the router with a new one that did report the latest version and it seems to work fine. So this does appear to be a version related problem.
