[PLUG] un-upgrade in debian

I want to revert back to a previous version of the ogg tools in
debian, because the current version in testing doesn't work.

But it's not clear to me how to do this, neither how to determine what
the previous version is called nor how to summon it from the
beyond.

Any advice or pointers?
