Changing <hr> to <hr /> and <br> to <br /> makes the page valid XHTML 
1.0 Transitional, minus the complaint that there is no character 
encoding like <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; 
charset=iso-8859-1">.

The fonts are a little on the big side for me.  (But, then, on other 
sites the fonts are too small.  That's why I use Mozilla's text zoom 
feature which works with my mouse's scroll wheel.)
