I am a reseller. I can provide an end-to-end solution for interested clients. Not everyone will obviously want that, but many will find it convenient that they can call me for all issues, everything from network to server to desktop. As a reseller, I can service units quicker and easier than if I had to call Gateway or Compaq or Dell for service. And if I require my client to make the call, then I'm not providing good services. That is the way I see it anyway. I appreciate your feedback. I'm working on the navigation. I didn't realize it was a real problem until a friend of mine had trouble this morning. It has been ok for me in IE5 ad 5.5 and mozilla. > First, you have already identified a critical problem with the > navigation system.
