Citibank's site has a system where a dropdown menu is used, but if the
browser doesn't support it you can click on the catagory link (the top
of the dropdown) and it will show a page will the links on it. That's a
work-around that should work with text-only browsers too.
I appreciate your feedback. I'm working on the navigation. I didn't
realize it was a real problem until a friend of mine had trouble this
morning. It has been ok for me in IE5 ad 5.5 and mozilla.
