That's only Web server technology.  And what about PostgreSQL?

I think a way to compete against desktops is with the use of terminal 
servers and thin clients.  Something that is expensive to do with 
Micro$oft. Actually, desktops are expensive too.  Instead, why not buy a 
bunch of $200 Walmart PCs for use as terminals and one good power PC for 
use as a terminal server?
