Re: [PLUG] [debian question] Using journaling fs with woody install

The Debian Woody CD includes a set of floppys that have reiser fs on
them. You need to copy the disk images in
/cdrom/dists/woody/main/disks-i386/current/images-1.44/bf2.4/ directory.
These images include the Reiser and ext3 fs file system support.

Actually, you can boot the bf2.4 image directly off the cd. Disk 1 includes all the boot images. You access images other than the default by typing the name of the desired image at the boot: prompt.

So, to boot the bf2.4 image you type 'bf24' at the boot: prompt. This is described in the help you can get at the boot: prompt by pressing various f-keys.
