Just an FYI.  I have a friend who went with PheonixDSL two years ago and
paid for a cheaper rate by paying up front.  He lost service when they went
out of business and lost his money.  I luckily was unable to sign up.  AT
the time I was would have liked to.

I have been referring my customers to CCIS.net for DSL as they are a local
company in Coatsville.  I don;t know if they offer coverage out your way.
 Alos, there is a company I used to deal with prior toget a cable modem (my
only alternative) which is Voicenet out of Warminster.
