No top heatsink.  It is laying flat and firmly attached to the board.

The only site which has a data sheet for the transistor charges for access. Even NEC doesn't have information on it. Active Electronics can find a reference to it.

Considering that the problem with the transistor and the mobo took out two hard drives, I think I will just skip this project. Strange, but the power supply seems to be OK.

I've lifted some older PCs that weighed about 1.5 tons. I wonder what those five-foot-tall cluser things weigh.
