No top heatsink. It is laying flat and firmly attached to the board. The only site which has a data sheet for the transistor charges for access. Even NEC doesn't have information on it. Active Electronics can find a reference to it. Considering that the problem with the transistor and the mobo took out two hard drives, I think I will just skip this project. Strange, but the power supply seems to be OK. "....computers in the future may have only 1000 vacuum tubes and perhapsI've lifted some older PCs that weighed about 1.5 tons.
