Yes, and Linux can "just work" once it's configured, usually in a server
role. More recently, RedHat just works for me as a desktop, doing Web work.

Um, precisely. It's all well and good to use tinker with an OS that
doesn't Just Work if it's what you're interested in doing, but
that's not computer use, that's computer tinkering. When I want to
use a computer to get something done, it MUST Just Work or it's
