Good question. Unplug the power supply for a minute, plug it back in, then try switching it on.

We went through this on this list a short time ago. Two pins (very specific pins) in the mo'bo' connector can be shorted together to start the power supply, if possible. There is another pin which indicates that the power supply is good, but it would be best to check all voltage levels. Perhaps a fuse is blown. Maybe a component connected to the power supply is bad. It would be a good idea to isolate the power supply and test it. (Details available upon request.)
