There are no viable OSS AV packages for Windows, and you're not likely
to see one any time soon. This is a subindustry that found out long ago
that the subscription model was the way to make the money. Even F-Prot
is on a subscription model these days. Your best bet is to just pay the
fee to Norton... at least its only once a year.
