[PLUG] eth0: Transmit timed out, status 06001000, CSR12 00000036, resetting...

Had a power failure due to lightning on Monday of this week; box is on UPS
though, but not set to gracefully power down...
NIC lights and switch light for that port, blink all on all off, slowly.
The console shows this line over and over:
eth0: Transmit timed out, status 06001000, CSR12 00000036, resetting...
/sbin/service network restart returned all OKs - I did this as I thought it
was a auto detection issue first
Changed the cable.
Can ping myself, but nothing else.
