I am pretty sure that it's a comcast issue but just incase some local viri/script kiddie is targeting comcast users: [root@pcp03320268pcs root]# /sbin/iptables -L Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT) target prot opt source destination Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT) target prot opt source destination Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT) target prot opt source destination I tried learing about iptables about a month back but it turned out to be to much for my simple mind. so I am sure I has a stock redhat configuration. Tell me if this looks right. -douglas On Sat, 20 Sep 2003 01:25:45 -0400 Paul <emailme@dpagin.net> wrote: > Douglas Johnson wrote: > > >iptables-save without paramters returns nothing. > > > > Try this: /sbin/iptables -L > > > _________________________________________________________________________ > Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org > Announcements - http://lists.netisland.net/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce > General Discussion -- http://lists.netisland.net/mailman/listinfo/plug _________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.netisland.net/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.netisland.net/mailman/listinfo/plug
