("On page > 3, paragraph 4, ..." or else print and scrawl.) But that's me. Given the situation, I'd wouldn't save any time and the students would be screaming about turning things into PDF files and I wouldn't be able to do the kinds of line by line comments that are useful to them. <Sigh> I guess I'll be shopping for a Mac or Windows laptop after I replace my printer (anyone have any expereince with the HP LaserJet 1012 on a Linux box -- Linux printing says it works). Going paperless is said to save instructor time. I use a paperless response system with Drexel students who use the Writing Center's EWriter (which comes in as email), and it does seem to go faster than writing comments in ink. -- Rebecca Ore http://mysite.verizon.net/rebecca.ore ___________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
