My server data transfers are really slow. On FTP all connections stall, using Lynx connnections stall. Here is my ifconfig fro eth0: eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:02:E3:1C:CC:1A inet addr:192.168.1.101 Bcast:192.168.1.255 Mask:255.255.255.0 UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1400 Metric:1 RX packets:45734 errors:2463 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:5053 TX packets:36231 errors:2 dropped:0 overruns:2 carrier:2 collisions:0 txqueuelen:100 RX bytes:5948588 (5.6 Mb) TX bytes:5595960 (5.3 Mb) Interrupt:11 Base address:0x3000 You can see all the errors that I am getting. Does this sound like a bad NIC card or router? Or could my servesr be setup wrong? I recently switched from a Mandrake 10.0 to RH 8.0. Local area FTP used to run at about 6-7MBS now there at 1kbs and stall most of the time. WAN ftp connects start at around 48kbs now and hang after 9% on all ftp uploads. Did RH install a bad driver for my NIC card? __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Friends. Fun. Try the all-new Yahoo!
