-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 > This has been somewhat problematic for PLUG, too. It's good to know we're not alone then. This helps to know. At least I know I'm going to have to apply myself a lot more to finding something...that it's not necessarily a simple thing to find. Esp. given our "free" requirements. > (<http://www.phillylinux.org/locations.html>) Thanks for the leads. This sparked some ideas. > Also of interest to you may be Rick Moen's "Recipe for a Successful > Linux User Group" (<http://linuxmafia.com/faq/Linux_PR/newlug.html>). This was helpful too. When you mentioned it, I recall having seen this list years ago. BTW, item #1 on Rick's list: we have a web page, primitive though it is: http://www.phillybug.org Please be patient, it's hosted in one of my closets on the crummiest PB Cyrix 266 with 40MB RAM. It'll be moved to a newer server within the next several weeks. I plan to set up a mail server and mailing list sometime relatively soon given the time and inclination. > Good luck, and please keep PLUG informed of your progress! > Thanks for the ideas...and I'll definitely announce our innaugural meeting on this list, if I may.
