Just the fact that when I placed the order with Cavalier for the
service, I specified that I wouldn't be moved in until a certain
date. A note was added to the order that I was to be called the day
of provisioning so that I could be there waiting. A week goes by,
I've completed the move, NO SERVICE. Turns out the Verizon tech
showed up, but didn't bother to call. The day he showed up was
allegedly the day after Christmas, and the order specified that I
wouldn't be in town until the next Monday.
Typical, Verizon brain-dead non-sense. The Cavalier part of the
install lasted less than 5 minutes, and 4 minutes of that was the
installer on hold with a tech to get the IP address.
