OK, I actually loaded the firmware for tinyPEAP. It works great! The firmware is based on Sveasoft V4.0, so it adds not only the RADIUS server, but also a PPTP server, power booster, ssh, etc.. The tinyPEAP site even explains how to configure a Supplicant for Linux.
