I just upgraded a server running Q-Mail with Q-Mail-Scanner.pl to SA
3.0.1. I've noticed some performance issues (vs. 2.54) and I've had to
turn off bayesian tests in order to compensate. (There are still
performance issues, but they are more manageable then with the bayesian
tests turned on.)

"required_hits" is now "required_score". "rewrite_subject" is now
"rewrite_header subject". These are the two I had to deal with. There are
probably others.
