Everything seems to be working fine from the command line using conversion tools and cdrecord directly. Thanks to all who offered help. One slight problem remains, though. It seems that every CD I burn starts very quickly, i.e. the music starts as soon as the CD spins up, and starts with a noise that sounds like a needle dropping on an LP (not in the original source). Possibly related? Any way to avoid? Bill Jonas wrote: On Thu, Feb 24, 2005 at 02:21:26PM -0500, Art Alexion wrote: -- _______________________________________ Art Alexion Arthur S.
