Everybody is entitled to their own opinion about Verizon, just like everything else, but let's keep it real. Every multi-vendor setup sooner or later requires testing and differential diagnosis to determine where the problem lies.


And if Verizon hired a bunch of technicians to go out into the field just to replace a cheap piece of loopback hardware, I bet you'd be complaining that "no wonder their rates are so high!".

There comes a time in setting up connections where you have to bite the bullet and provide some reasonable test facilities IMNERHO.

And if you think MCI (Misguided Children Inc. was their nickname on the beltway) is any better, I have a book full of war stories and a bridge for sale, both at reduced price.
