They might as well advertise "We suck > and we do not care, we are Verizon" More likely, I think what they are really saying is something like, "You'd be ablsolely crazy if you believe we have a big enough pipe to the backbone to allow thousands upon thousands of users to saturate a 15 megabit pipe at the same time."
