Re: [PLUG] Personal Financial software

The problem with moneydance is that it runs on a java vm, which makes it
slow and hard to set up (at least, it was the last time I checked it
out). I also used GnuCash for ages, but got fed up with the lack of
budgeting and the apparent lack of intention to add it. Ultimately, my
solution was to write my own PHP web app to keep track of our finances.
However, in the mean time I had a chance to check out phpmymoney, which
of all apps available came closest to suiting my needs: it's a register
and a budget with a few bells and whistles.
