Windows likes the Jolliet extensions to the standard ISO file system.  I think 
there is still a limit to the size of the volume name and file names, but it 
is larger than the ISO standard.  I don't know what the cdrecord parameters 
provide these extensions, but it is easy to accomplish with k3b.
