network.protocol-handler.app.mailto (path)
network.protocol-handler.external.mailto True
This is based on post by tlyons to the Central Indiana Linux Users Group
forum.
What a ghastly user interface. It's annoying how unset string variables are
not shown by default (or so it seems).
