I received the following (the name was changed to "protect the innocent".)

I would like the domain but am not willing to spend morethan about $200
to $250 dollars to get it. THE-DOMAIN.com is forwarded to a "related"
domain that will probably NOT be released to me without much begging and
pleading and $$$$.
Does anyone here have experience with these folks or others like them?
Advice and/or recommendations appreciated :-)
