So basic TV is free in a way. I guess government does have an impact on these things. Last I heard, a few years ago, basic TV was about $45 in Montgomery County PA. I have heard neighbors complain about increases, so I assume it's over $50 now. If it was $10 here, they wouldn't be advertising $33 + $33 + $33 as an introductory deal. (btw isn't VOIP supposed to be cheaper than the "special" price of $33?) I think my Verizon POTS and Sprint LD together aren't more than that before the taxes and tarriffs.
