I have heard neighbors complain about increases, so I assume it's over $50 now. If it was $10 here, they wouldn't be advertising $33 + $33 + $33 as an introductory deal. (btw isn't VOIP supposed to be cheaper than the "special" price of $33?) I think my Verizon POTS and Sprint LD together aren't more than that before the taxes and tarriffs. I am sure that the $33 is pre-tax.
$10.00 "Limited Basic" TV 42.95 Internet 0.38 taxes ------ $53.33 Without the $10 TV service, Internet would cost an extra $15 per month. The "Standard" TV service would cost $52.20 per month. Here is my Vonage bill from February 2007: $24.99 Unlimited US and UK. 6.23 taxes ------ $31.22 So, that's $84.55 for TV, phone, and Internet. They average out to $26 per service, pre-tax, or $28 including tax.
